CDC mask guidelines for schools to remain for rest of school year

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is recommending schools keep to the current COVID-19 guidelines, including mask-wearing and distancing, for the remainder of the schoolyear as most students aren't fully vaccinated.

Due to the steady rise of COVID, Avoyelles Public Schools will instate the Hybrid model beginning August 24, 2021 through November 1, 2021. See the attached document for information on what to expect at Lafargue Elementary during this Hybrid Schedule.
